Welcome to the Northeast Missouri CHART Website!  Launched in June of 1999 the NEMO CHART Website is designed to provide a wide array of online resources to the people of Northeast Missouri. 

CHART? What is CHART?

CHART stands for Community Health Assistance Resource Team.   Created by the Missouri Department of Health, CHART is designed to provide valuable resources and expert technical assistance that enable communities to assess
 and improve their communities wealth.

The Community Health Assistance Resource Team (CHART) staff have developed a process for leading communities through this difficult task,
and communities across the state are actively involved in projects to assess and improve their communities' health.
